Abstract:
The paper highlights the main trends and analyzes the problems of interaction autonomist forces – Siberian oblastnichestvo and the Kazakh Alash movement - during their political organization and confrontation of participants of the Civil War in large neighboring regions. This allows to identify some of the important aspects of testing different projects federalization of Russia in the transition from the imperial to Soviet state.
